Below is a new headwear collection from Adidas NBA Series dubbed “Comic Book Illustrations”. The collection consists of fitted caps, which draw cues from comic book graphics like word balloons, pows, & other stylist elements meshed with NBA team logos. With only a hand full of teams offered, these caps are maxed out with applications. Such as halftone prints on canvas, super raised embroidery, foil, & high-density prints. Each cap is color coordinated to hook back to the bigger collection that includes tees, fleece hoodies, plus ZX & Superstar sneaker models. This collection will be available in very limited stock starting mid-September.

Adidas has released the official 2008; Boston Celtics “Champion Banner” fitted caps. The first run of this style was released holiday 07 (see here) as part of their NBA Hardwood Classic collection. KG was rocking this fitted (see here) during the Celtics champion parade this past June. Below is the new stock of wool caps which includes the 2008 World Champion Banner to seal the deal. The front features Celtics main logo against a cut & sew panel with embroidered 3 stripes. The back is the official jump off with all 17 banners as woven labels individually applied. This cap will definitely fly off shelves when it drops early September. Look for this release at the Celtics proshop in Boston, NBA online, & Adidas Originals stores.

Adi is set to drop a wave of caps heavily influenced by licensed caps of the late 80’s & early 90’s. The caps are fully built using the classic arch format & some 2 tone visors. This style is made in wool & features a plastic snapback closure. The collection reps all 30 NBA teams & will drop in early fall at select retailers. Stay posted for pics of the complete package.

Adidas has released the dragon fitteds as part of their ongoing custom, NBA make-up’s with Lids. For this release, your core team fitted is laced with a detailed dragon design along the crown’s left side. Take a closer look & you will notice a circular pattern embroidered into the dragon’s head & scales with the clouds in basic, flat embroidery. Here is a look at the new flat brim, adjustable caps by Adidas that are coming soon. Adi is set to drop 3 separate styles that range from the two-tone versions shown below plus all white editions, in strictly NBA Hardwood Classic teams. The caps are built in the company’s standard fitted shape but with plastic snap backs. The 2008 NBA All-Star game is on in New Orleans & below are the authentic jersey fitted caps by Adidas. The following is just 2 styles from their complete offering. These fitteds feature details such as printed pinstripe fronts, bevel raised embroidery, & finished off with a flocked pattern on the undervisor. Rounding things off, Adidas offers up straight solid event fitteds in teal, purple, gold, white, or black.
