Brixton Ltd. Spring 2009 Headwear, Pt:1
UA is glad to showcase Brixton's new, Spring 2009 headwear collection. The Fedora's are definitely in the line-up but we are mostly excited about additional fabric options to The Bridge hat plus the Brood and Ruffian styles. The Bridge Hat is a military-style cadet with 6 panels, short visor, band, and inside lining. This one is offered in houndstooth cotton and herringbone twill. Right behind that we have The Brood Newsboy hat in pinstripe wool flannel , which is also available in various fabric selections. This vintage-inspired hat features a deep visor with either a poplin or silk lining. Tapping it off, is The Ruffian hat, that again utilizes the military-style cadet construction with clean cut lines and pleated back inserts. Whatever the look, Brixton comes through with unique silhouettes to complete your uniform. Browse their new collection or pick one up at Brixtonltd.com.
New Jonathan Da Lynn "Fly Boys" Fitted Caps
Jonathan Da Lynn is back with new fitted caps for Holiday 2008. The Fly Boys fitted collection are new styles that pay tribute to the Tuskegee Airmen, the 1st and only, all black fighter squadron. This special team of pilots is also the only African American pilots to never lose a dogfight. The caps are made of wool with faux leather visors and undervisors laced with either houndstooth or plaid fabric to bring in the fashion element. The front features a raised embroidered graphic of FLY BOYS in stencil letters and American Air Force symbol found on fight jets. These caps are produced with the highest attention to detail and quality. Definitely check for these pieces through the Jonathan Da Lynn on-line site and official dealers.

This lightweight style also includes a brass mountain logo, contrast inside lining, and suede buckle strap. The last pieces of this style can be found at Becker Surf online and maybe some surf/ skate shops around the Cali coastlines.

Jonathan Da Lynn Fitted Caps
Today I am happy to introduce a new independent apparel brand by the name of Jonathan Da Lynn. JDL is a Virginia based creative designer / brand that offers apparel pieces that provoke thought while pushing social boundaries. Below are two fitted caps from his current Fall 08 offering that also includes tees. First up is the Eagle Crest fitted cap, which is a tribute to the officers and enlisted women and men of service. This cap is made with navy wool & features a metal emblem of The Great Seal of the United States on the front. Next, we have the Shell Shock fitted cap which pays homage to war veterans. The term "Shell Shock" refers to post-traumatic stress caused by the experiences of combat. This cap is made with black wool & features the words Vietnam / Shell Shock in puff embroidery & Vietnam medals in flat embroidery. Another nice detail to both caps is the visor cords, which adds to the quality of detail. These fitteds caps & tees are now available at Shopdalynn.com.
